- Change of mind after order placement

How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 30 days of the issue occurring. Include your order ID and description of the issue. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to your GUESTPOSTx wallet balance or returned to your original payment method. Crypto refunds may take 1–3 business days to process.
