  • Publisher fails to deliver within twice the stated TAT
  • Live link is removed within 30 days of delivery
  • Published content significantly differs from your brief
  • Publisher publishes on a different site than ordered
  • Technical error causes duplicate payment

When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Work has already been completed and delivered
  • Change of mind after order placement
  • SEO results not meeting expectations (results vary)
  • Google algorithm changes affecting rankings

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 30 days of the issue occurring. Include your order ID and description of the issue. We process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to your GUESTPOSTx wallet balance or returned to your original payment method. Crypto refunds may take 1–3 business days to process.
